Where you’ll make an impact
As an Account Executive at equipifi, you’ll sit at the center of our growth engine. You won’t just close deals - you’ll build relationships that shape our footprint in the financial services industry. This role is about owning revenue, opening new doors, and helping financial institutions understand how equipifi creates measurable value. If you love a strategic sale, meaningful conversations with executives, and turning pipeline into production, this is your seat at the table.
Outcomes You’ll Own
Drive New Logo Growth Consistently generate and close new enterprise opportunities with banks and credit unions. Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and marketing-sourced leads. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by running disciplined, value-based sales cycles from first conversation to signed agreement.
Lead Strategic, Executive-Level Sales Cycles Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes — building trust with C-suite leaders and decision-makers. Deliver compelling, tailored demos and business cases that clearly connect equipifi’s value to customer priorities. Maintain accurate forecasting, clear next steps, and strong deal momentum at every stage.
Build a Repeatable Revenue Engine Partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to refine messaging, improve conversion, and shorten sales cycles. Provide consistent pipeline reporting and insights to leadership. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movement to proactively position equipifi for growth.
What you bring to equipifi
- 5+ years as a top-performing enterprise Account Executive selling fintech or technology solutions to C-suite buyers
- Equal parts strategist and closer - you love a clean pipeline almost as much as a signed contract
- Naturally curious about how fintech products create impact (you don’t just sell it, you get it)
- You don’t “run” sales cycles - you own them, sharpen them, and improve them every quarter
- Proven track record of driving new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets (you’re a hunger)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to make complex topics simple and compelling
- Experience leading value-based, consultative sales processes focused on outcomes over features
- Comfortable running your own product demos and speaking confidently about technical solutions
- Experience managing pipeline forecasting, account strategy, and sales planning - no mystery deals
Your future team
You’ll be part of equipifi’s growing sales organization, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership to drive new growth. This role reports to our VP of Sales, Lo Smith, and works cross-functionally to ensure every new partnership starts strong and scales successfully.
